Frustration.

She keeps getting knocked down when everyone knows that she is the best. She keeps getting knocked down when she keeps trying and trying to improve every single day. She is the best damn 15 year old singer out there and yet she keeps getting knocked down by teachers, judges, and friends. Makes me frustrated... She works so hard to be amazing and she hardly gets acknowledged with the exception of me.

I have seen her spend hours and days (I'm not exaggerating) in her room singing songs over and over again. I have seen her print out lyrics and write down dynamics and phrasing techniques. I've heard her tell me what she thinks the lyrics actually mean. I've seen her receive 300 views on one of her videos in two weeks.. She is the hardest working singer I've actually witnessed that practices on every little detail.

I've heard this quote: "Success is how high you bounce when you hit the bottom." I guess that is all we can do.. even though we keep getting up when we fall down. Its happened many times, this isn't just the first time. Oh well, what can you do. I know what I can do. I can just be the best supporting sister shes ever had. I WILL be sitting in the front row when she gets on Broadway. I WILL be there.
